Eric Blackwell

Eric bought his first investment property at 23 while he was working part time as a construction laborer for a real estate house flipper. He was just the grunt guy, moving garbage and doing a little painting here and there. He soon saw how well his boss was doing, so he tried it out for himself. He was hooked. Eric’s first hard moneylender was a gentleman who owned a real estate company that promoted educational seminars across the US and Canada.  Soon after, he was introduced to and started traveling with best-selling author Robert Allen. He started flipping houses full time. Now a decade later, he has bought, owned, and sold profitable real estate in California, Utah, Kansas City, and Atlanta!

Brian Petersen

Brian started buying real estate in his 20s when he realized that corporate America was not going to give him the freedom he desired. As a head strong and determined entrepreneur, Brian had a degree of early success. However, as the markets changed in the late 2000's, Brian's desire for a more consistent method of investing led him to work with some of the top educators in the real estate industry. As the markets changed, new challenges presented themselves. Lending and inventory became new challenges. New training led Brian to look towards purchasing cash flow properties around the country, specifically purchasing apartment buildings in Atlanta and Kansas City and single family homes in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. Today, Brian enjoys teaching new investors the strategies leading to financial freedom through cash producing properties.

Steve Olson

Steve has been involved in real estate investing since 2002.  He completed his first real estate deal while still in college and decided to pursue investing as a full time career at that point.  Throughout the ups and downs of the market since the early 2000’s, Steve has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions including the sale of raw land, bulk foreclosure packages, single family flips, and single family/small multi family rentals.  Currently, Steve is involved in wholesale and retail transactions in Utah as well as retail flipping and private lending in Tennessee, Florida, Indiana, and Illinois.  One of his passions is to help investors achieve passive cash flow through the acquisition of rental properties.  Steve lives in Utah with his wife and four children and enjoys spending time with family, making deals, fly fishing, barbeque, and football.
